Ozone systems in food and beverage industries

Custom designed STAINLESS STEEL Ozone generation for saniizing, purifyig, disinfection, odor control, increasing shelf life and monitoring systems for Commecial users. These systems are used to inject ozone into water for food processing, drinking water, waste water treatment, Water Treatment, Soil Remediation, Groundwater Remediation, Food Processing/Rinsing/storage, Greenhouses, Cooling Towers, Aquaculture/Fish Farms, Aquaculture/Fish Farms, Mold & Mildew, Odor Removal.
Food recalls related to E. coli bacteria cost the food industry over $10 billion in 2006? Proper treatment with ozone eliminates E. coli bacteria from food.
Custom designed Stainless Steel Ozone generation and monitoring systems for : Water treatment, wastewater treatment, cooling towers, soil and groundwater solutions, food processing, fish farms, organic growers, mold and mildew, odor removal. Ozone and Food Processing systems used in food packaging, cold storage for eggs, fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and red meat .

Ozone Advantages
- the most powerful oxidizer available
- environmentally friendly
- no chemical storage required
- three-thousand times more germicidal than chlorine
- instant pathogen destruction
- no harmful chemical residual
- limits the presence of E. coli and Salmonella on meat and poultry, ozone is particularly effective in inactivating these infectious agents.

Turnkey systems allow easy ozone integration.
Ozone Systems capable of up to 1,000 g/hr of ozone are available as skid mounted turn-key systems. Ozone Injection Systems may be used for the following applications: Wastewater Treatment, Food Processing, Drinking water, Color reduction, Water Reuse

All units have stainless water plumbing laid out in a straight forward easy to maintain fashion. The Stainless Steel pump will create the pressure differential necessary for ozone injection into the venturi injector. The excess ozone/oxygen gas will be removed from the mixing tank via the air vent. This system shows the optional ODS-3H ozone destruct unit to destroy the excess ozone prior to venting to the atmosphere.
